Stress is very subjective.  vulnerability of an individual (personality, coping abilities, support system,genetic, stressors)if it's more he experiences more effects of stress ,even mild stress becomes distressing to them. Stress leads to increased chemicals which further increases inflammation in your body. It's vicious cycle stress decreases immunity which further increases stress.
