Dear Sir
I can understand that you are reluctant to take medications.
Medications used in anxiety disorder are usually safe and can be taken for a long term without any lasting side effects. Don't consider taking Medications as a sign of weekness. If a person has a physical illness for eg diabetes, he has to take medicine for a long term. Similarly, often medications for mental health problems has to be taken for a long term. Also, they need to be stopped gradually preferably under supervision of. A psychiatrist who will be able to monitor you for a relapse of symptoms. So please see a psychiatrist in person and discuss ask your concerns about the medicines. Apart from medications, you will benefit from psychological therapy and relaxation training which can be provided by a professional.
Thanks

Hello practo user
I can understand the difficult situation that you are facing in your life . It seems that you are an emotionally sensitive person who is unable to manage the stress due to which these distressing symptoms are bothering you . You can try and join some exercise club or some hobby class where you can interact with others and try and make friends . Try and practice deep breathing and meditation as it will help clear the thoughts . Try and talk to your close family members , go and spend some time with them as being isolated will not be beneficial. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for evaluation and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through which you can learn healthy and positive coping skills and strategies.
Next Steps
