Hello there, It is important for you to visit a psychologist to understand your fear of Rejection and indecisiveness. It is important to get to the root of the problem so that you can stop its manifestation in your daily life. For the time being, it perhaps maybe helpful for you to sit and make a note in your diary as to where you see yourself professionally and personally right now, 5 years down the lane and 10 years later. This process may help you identify what sort of a life you want for yourself in the future and will give you enough time to plan for it accordingly. It’ll also show you the changes you wish to bring about in your life in the long term, thus helping you understand the kind of decisions you need to be making now in order to achieve that in the future.

Health Tips
