Stress on eyes
I am experiencing stress on my eyes due to working on laptop. Stress or pain in the eyes. Have to work continuously on laptop so too much pressure on eyes.

Hi You need to blink consciously while working on computer. Take a break after 20 minutes for 20 seconds and close your eyes or look far away to relax your eyes. Put some lubricant eye drops . If no relief in few days then show to eye doctor. Regards Dr neeraj Sanduja

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome and dryness. Please pu some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids And follow some precautions Or Initiate an online consultation with anybody.

Excessive screen exposure can lead to such symptoms. Follow 20-20 rule. Take a break of 20 secs after every 20 mins of work. Reduce the brightness of the screen.
Next Steps
Veldrops eye drop can be used 3-4 times a day.

Increase your blinking rate per minute to 15-20 Take break every one hour for 5 -10 mins from your laptop work Drink a lot of fluids Use tear substitute eye drops
