Dear Doctor(s), From last few days I don't find myself mentally stable. Suffering from insomnia and a kind of stress that doesn't allow me to concentrate on any of my activities. Due to some personal life problems I find myself frustrated and irritated all the time. Unable to find any way to get rid of it. Public exposure leads me to a higher level of irritation and hence preferring to sit alone these days. In near days I have to face my campus recruitments and therefore need to concentrate on the same. Kindly help me out from this slow killing stress . Hoping for a positive response soon. Hi Rajan Your above mentioned symptoms indicate Depression and stress which leads to various other disturbing symptoms. Make a list of problems and try to write down solution for each problem and try to implement them one by one. You may also consult someone matured and helpful for giving you suggestions regarding solutions.
