Certain amount of stress is required to keep us going but not very high stress. Moderation of this stress is important. Consider a meter like speedometer for stress then the best place to keep stress level is moderate. This state can be achieved by focusing more the process of your learning than the goal to get higher marks. This will reduce the anxiety.
Next Steps
Focus on your process of learning and not just on results
Health Tips
See a psychologist and make a action plan of managing stress.
