The symptoms of headache, feeling stressed, panic attacks, memory impairment, bodyache, anxiety and poor confidence all point towards an ongoing mental health problem. From the symptoms that you have described here it seems that your friend could be suffering from a do depressive episode or some related condition. My recommendation here is for him to contact a psychiatrist at the earliest. Subsequent to diagnostic assessment and some relevant investigations he is likely to be prescribed some medication and psychological intervention. Be aware and assured that your friend will definitely find benefit with treatment provided after an assessment. Such illnesses are treatable and rather delay in seeking treatment will lead to further complications. Hope this helps you and your friend..

Hello there. He should consult a psychiatrist in person and get counselled. Along with counselling, the psychiatric doctor will prescribe certain medicines. But till then ask him to practice yoga, pranayama and meditation. It will bring down stress and help in that way. Regards
