I recently joined a corporate company and i feel the work load is more. I'm feeling stressed and unable to spend time with my family. I'm easily getting tired. How can i change my thought process and how can I get used to it?

Hello, If you have recently joined the company,give yourself some time to settle down and get adjusted to the place. Organising yourself and following a schedule can help in reducing stress. Some physical aerobic exercise also helps in reducing stress. If things don't improve after you have done these changes , you ll have to see a therapist.
