Please confirm how to overcome and manage Work related stress on Day to day basis. Still working from home getting lot of phone calls and internal calls through teams. Unable to manage will it lead to serious illnesses?? please advise

Hello. Managing work related stress is the need of the hour especially during these difficult pandemic times. Many people are suffering from anxieties and depression due to a lack of social circle and increased work related burden that has to be managed alone from home. However learning to manage it is not an overnight procedure and would take some time. You can consult a psychiatrist or a therapist and learn stress management and time management skills. Good luck.

Yes i am seeing many people working from home and they are coming up with generalised anxiety disorder and you are also having signs that you may be suffering from the same!
