I am having this issue since a year now, i have consulted several allopathy doctors so far. I have been on meds since a year. At first it was migrabeta plus. It worked really well for a month. I stopped taking the med after that and then things got too severe. My symptoms are, leg cramps, fatigue, breathlessness, disintrest in everything, procrastination at work. March to june 22 i was on quitipine 25 and betacap plus. It worked fine at first and then the symptoms started again inspite of taking medication. After that doctor changed my meds to migrabeta plus and etizola plus 0.5 . They are working well as of now... Also taking himalaya mentat twice a day. I need help to work on myself. Please answer only if you have resolved such cases before. And give me a good reason why I should take councelling from you.

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it is tough for you to be feeling what you are feeling. It looks like you are feeling fed up with being able to do “everything” to heal you from stress anxiety and depression and you are still not able to feel healthy. I know this can be frustrating when you don’t feel like you are getting results. It looks to me that there is trauma stored in your subconscious mind the symptoms of which are depression and anxiety. We have to create a safe space for you to be able to experience the emotions of grief and anger which are stored in your system. Once those are released your body will move into a state of rest. The leg cramps and fatigue and breathlessness will also come down once the trauma within is released. Therapy will put you on the path of healing. I hear you and see you where you are. I feel you. You are doing the best you can to help yourself and that’s great as well. Stay
Next Steps
I can help you release the trauma which is gripping your body on ways which are making you feel less than yourself. Love and healing ❤️
Hello there
Thanks for writing in your query. I cannot help but imagine the kind of pressure you must have been putting on yourself while writing this and you have reached out, your problem is that you are dependent upon these medicines to get better. And that's just helping outward not inward as you mention other issue of fatigue etc
My first question to you before you book anybody for counselling session is that do you want to reduce your dependency on medicine and create a positive mindset where you treat Yourself by owning it?
I am glad to see that you asked me as a person that why you should book a session - my forte is counselling psychology and yes I have techniques where I have seen people getting better in there health. if you want to book a session, you can write to me in person - double eight zero two two nine seven nine four three.

Hello.
From my past experience, several clients report an increase in physical symptoms when stressed.
Medications help but it can be considered a short term solution.
We can incorporate several other techniques in therapy that will soothe both the mind and the body especially when stressed.
In therapy, we can also explore other factors that may be the cause of the above mentioned symptoms.
I do recommended consulting a psychologist for the same.
Take care!
Hi.... There are no good reasons for you to take Counselling. Please ask such questions to specialists when you are suffering from any other physical ailments. Poor attitude of people suffering from mental health issues towards their own treatment and recovery is one of the biggest challenges in the field, especially in India right now. What kind of ridiculous question is that? Are we some kinds of salesman sitting here to woo our customers. There is a fine line between marketing campaigns and treatment protocols. I hope you are able to differentiate between the two.
Next Steps
Take proper treatment from a mental health institution like NIMHANS, IHBAS, CIP, etc.
