Hello! Although you have been to a Psychologist before please understand that what you're feeling can be best worked upon with a professional expert. Sometimes we discontinue treatment if we don't see immediate results or quit it altogether instead of taking another opinion. Maybe a different psychologist would be a better fit for you.
Next Steps
in order to decrease dependency on medications, it is important to learn strategies to manage your condition and slowly taper the medications. I will suggest the next step to seek Counselling.
Health Tips
Don't wait for your condition to get worse; since you're aware about what you're feeling, help make it better.

Hi, Counseling is a slow process it takes time for the client to understand and process one's problems, and to deal with them. You would first need to trust your counselor in this whole process and also put in efforts to reduce the dependency of your medicine. If you feel at some point that you are still not showing improvement talk to your counselor. Express your opinion honestly and tell her/him where you are feeling stuck. The counselor then can plan and make some changes in the therapeutic approach. Meanwhile till the time you seek a counseling session, start maintaining a daily journal to pen down your thoughts and emotions so that you are venting out your problems and not keeping them in the back of your mind. Also start with some other fun activities that you would love to do.
Next Steps
seek therapy

Sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair. Breathe in through your nose. As you do it, count to five. Breathe out through your nose to the count of five. Repeat several times. Once you feel comfortable with breaths that last five counts, increase how long you breathe in and breathe out. You can work up to breaths that last up to 10 counts.
Next Steps
counseling will help you to resolve inner conflict
