Stress and uncomfortable sleep
Sir/Madam Due some reasons I am feeling stress which may be for some 20 days. During this period I am not having comfortable sleep and my doctor suggested to take trika/alprazolam tablet for this period daily one tablet before night meals. Is it safe to use the above tablet for nearly 20 to 25 days. Please give me suggestion. Thanks and regards.

No its not safe. It appears to be a physician prescription. You should get issues of stress and sleep discussed with a psychiatrist. You will be guided better. Alprazolam can get addictive, and is not recommended for symptoms you describe. You will do better with other medicines, please take it fr a day or so and visit a nearby psychiatrist instead.
