Stress and ovulation related
I've been on letroz for 4 cycles. The last three were normal. I had proper follicular growth and ovulation. However i could not conceive.
This time i was again on letroz, but no follicular growth is observed. Can high stress be a reason behind this?

Definitely stress affects the fertility.. Dont take stress.. Take some meditation classes if you feel too stressed.. That will help you

Stress can be there but you need to discuss Dr with all your reports. Guess work won't help you.

Repeated ovulation induction with No success are an indication to go on to next step which in your case could be intrauterine insemination

Relax and have a break cycle... Sometimes we don't get expected results on same medicines... Take one. _2month gap and again start cycle.. Sometime pregnancy achieved naturally in break cycles
