I am 20..due to some problems..i usally living with stress..i dont want to take stress but certain situations make me stressfull..
How can i stay calm..due to stress and anxiety i am becoming lazy person nd gaining weight. .How do i stop. Bcuz due to this i cant focus or concentrate anywhere..or at any dam thing. Please help from getting out of this.
