Hi Doc, Does taking magnesium supplement ease stress and anxiety symptoms and also help with insomnia.If yes what form of magnesium should be taken.

Where did you come across this magnesium theory ? Please see a real psychiatrist or consult one online for your problems. Its not very difficult to find a psychiatrist. But taking such medicines will only harm you.
