Yes you can do . Strength training has to be done initially with minimal weights and increasing your repetition,and gradually increase the weights . Focus on your diet too. Hope this will be helpful.

To lose fat and gain muscles, alongside exercises u ll have to work on your diet too. Do consult a nutritionist. Exercise perspective - U should do multiple activities like gym training, aerobics, yoga, running, cycling, swimming and/or Zumba

Yes! For fat lost journey and gaining lean muscle mass you can do training alternately as it will help your muscle to recover and do best performance the other day. Gradually increase your sets which depends on individual capability which will be best guided by your fitness coach.

Join any gym start with light exercises for 15 days After 15 days you can start cardio + strength training exercise.....with light weight 2kg,5kg .....

Yes you can do but to understand your body strength and limitations better, visit an experienced Physio before starting. Start with a proper plan under guidance to avoid injuries. If required your Physio can communicate with your fitness trainers and discuss your specific requirements with them too.

Based on ur BMI, plan accordingly u can go for this start with cardio for few days later start with strengthing exercises to ur body with mild weights. Along with exercises, nutrition and diet also require to lose fat.
