Strain in upper part of right leg
I Am feeling strain in my hamstring after starting using indian style toilet in mourning from two days, what should i do? i have also done yoga but there is not so much relief,

If pain is unbearable and difficult to walk show physiotherapist orthopaedic doctor. If pain is manageable then do icing 2-3 times a day for 10 mins. Use thigh support while walking and standing activities.

If not reducing pain in 3-4 days visit to physiotherapist.
Health Tips
Avoid doing activities is aggravates the pain. Eg. - sitting on ground, using Indian toilet, squatting exercises.

Hi . Your pain in upper thigh is due to squats.. don't worry it will get settled on its own.. Just keep icing frequently.. Kindly revert back in case you need any further help in this regard
