Stool softner
I am recovering from Anal Fissure. Please recommend any ayurvedic stool softner only to make my stools soft. My doctor had prescribed Isabgol, but when i consume isabgol, i have to pass stools multiple times, and i feel incomplete. Hence, i stopped isabgol. I do not have constipation as i can pass stools without any laxative once a day, but sometimes, my stools are bulky and slightly large and i have a tight anal sphincter, so while passing stool, it hurts. Hence, i require a stool softner that does not have laxative for passing stool. I follow a fiber rich diet, drink min 3 liters of water and walk for 5km everyday.
