Greetings 7-year-old female experiencing persistent abdominal pain for 3 days, notably aggravated when she tries to eat, but without associated fever or vomiting. Multiple medical possibilities for these generalized findings include chronic constipation, functional dyspepsia or gut motility issues, or potential food intolerances like lactose sensitivity. To evaluate this, several non-definitive, conservative home care options involve offering small, easily digestible meals, encouraging regular fluid intake, or using a comforting warm abdominal compress

A stomachache for 3 days, especially occurring during meals, should be evaluated by a pediatrician. Common causes include constipation, gastritis/acid irritation, a viral illness, or less commonly a urinary infection or other abdominal conditions. Until then: * Offer small, frequent, bland meals and plenty of fluids. * Avoid spicy, oily, and junk foods. * Check if she is passing stools regularly, as constipation is a common cause of abdominal pain. Seek urgent medical care if she develops severe or localized pain (especially in the right lower abdomen), persistent vomiting, fever, blood in stool or vomit, abdominal swelling, or becomes unusually sleepy.
