E Coli bacteria in 3 months old baby

My baby is 3.5 months old and he has been facing loose stool from last 20 days. He used to do 10-12 loose stools a day. Today his stool culture report has come and it says e Coli bacteria with 8-10 pus cell and occult blood positive.
Please let me know if this is curable, my baby is very small
