My son who is 4 years old often keeps on getting stomach pain almost every week from past 5 to 6 months. In jan and Feb he had some stomach infection due to food poisoning,he don't eat junk, only home made food, he eats only banana no other fruits...what's the reason to get stomach ache every now and then and end up drinking syrup everytime,delpocalm...he himself starts crying and jumping when stomach is paining and ask us to take him to doctor...he drinks enough water also...he had low hb so Giving iron syrup from April but this stomach pain thing exists from December end...and he does potty everyday bit hard usually and now harder due to iron syrup

As you mentioned child has hard stool usually, so constipation might be the reason for on and off stomach pain. Iron itself causes gastritis n might increase the stomach pain. Try to increase fibre content in the diet and enough of water daily. If eating banana give ripe and yellow banana.
