According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection as inflammation like stomach pain.

Generally at the left side of stomach Organs present in the body as Stomach and Left part of liver and some part of intestine.
To make correct diagnosis do test as CBC and ESR and Lipid profiles and LFT and KFT and
do USG of whole abdomen to find correct reason of that pain.
