We need a lot more history to be sure &
Seriousness of the condition can only be assessed by clinically examining her in the Background of these reports.
Her TLC is high suggesting a possible infection. Her kidney parameters also seem affected. Ruling out kidney infections and other sources of infection through appropriate clinical examination and blood tests and scans become very important at this point of time
