Hello I have been suffering from stomach pain in right side since 28 January2024. There Is no problem in ultrasound.

ultrasound is normal
but for the proper diagnosis proper history is needed.
sometimes its not detected in usg sometimes and history does it for doctor.
right side stomach may be due to Liver and gallbladder disorders, diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatic disorders, pyelonephritis, nephrolithiasis, pulmonary disorders and malignancy.
