My 3 year old son had stomach pain I think it's gastric problem...can I give gripe water? Or pls suggest any medicine to cure..what should I do ?could u pls suggest...

Can be a gastric or a liver issue. Will have to ask more questions regarding the pain, like intensity, variation with food intake, any other site of pain like back, etc.
