Stomach pain from past 5 days
I felt some problem in my stomach and I can't recognise what's actual problem.I feel regular pain in my stomach and experience some voice from the stomach.

You didn't specify the area of the abdomen in which you feel pain.
The voices that you hear from your abdomen are borborigmy which are loud peristaltic sounds about which the patient becomes conscious. Most of the time it is associated with altered bowel habits.
If you have to visit the toilet frequently then you can take Tab Loperamide. If your bowel habits are normal then you should take Tab Gestofit , one tablet twice a day, Tab Pantaprazole once daily , and Tab Ciplox 500 mg , one tablet twice a day.

Tab razo L before breakfast and before dinner.
The voice that you are hearing from stomach could be due to either acidity or hunger.
Get an ultrasound abdomen done if the problem does not solve.
Avoid Spice.
