Stomach pain and discomfort
Been going through stomach problems from last 2 months first it started in may when suddenly i had stomach pain and bloating in evening and it triggered most when empty stomach and whenever i eat something then it felt like i need to pass stool after 1 week it got ok i just took pudin hara and started liv 52. Now again same symptoms have started feels like if i eat anything i need to go to washroom but don't pass anything just gas and bit stool pain is less this time which comes and go. Is it h plyori or ibs?

Could be either but the pattern — urgency after food, gas, comes and goes — sounds more like IBS. Get H. pylori stool antigen test done to rule it out. Meanwhile avoid spicy/oily food, eat small regular meals, try probiotics. Stress makes IBS worse too.
