But recently I saw some black spots and one red spot in my poop and pieces of undigested food I am not sure that it's blood or something else , I don't have any other problem I am eating properly doing everything fine except little fatigue and lots of gas in stomach and my poop comes out as  soft blob small  pieces not long poop ,mushy poop It is . I am very depressed and concerned please share your view and let me know what should I do thanking you . If u want I can attach pics of the poop I am concerned about .
