Can i take sporolac if i feel i have stomach infection? I get stomach ache before passing stool! Is sporolac safe to take without consulting a doctor?? I had loose motions few days back and after that i am having minor stomach ache everytime i pass stool...........

Yes there is no harm in taking sporolac , u can take it twice a day for few days. But you need to find the reason for these symptoms.
Sporolac is not gonna help u in case u have infection. That can only be treated with specific antibiotics. As it is also associated with ache most likely to be gastroenteritis.
