Stomach Cramps , Bloating
Stomach cramps since last night after dinner (freshly cooked moong dal + paneer , both home made ) . Stomach ache , feels like bloating with gas burps in between. Had loose stool today morning . I ate nothing from outside .

May be some food Infection. Maintain hydration.  May need Antibiotics depending on other DETAILED history.
