I had eaten outside NonVeg dinner yesterday, from today morning onwards I had loose motions (watery) about 3 times and from then I have had continuous stomach cramps every 30-45minutes (hurts very bad) and some gas passes I feel good till next cramp. Please suggest any over the counter medicine for stomach cramps relief 🙏🙏
