You can get a papsmear done That is a cancer screening test Get an ultrasound under find out the reason for the pain If there is itching in the white discharge then it is infective vaginal discharge and u need treatment for that

Vaginal pain pelvic pain white discharge are not symptoms of cervical cancer or uterine cancer. Get a pap smear done. And examination needs to be done for what kind of discharge it is
