Stomach Ache
I have been suffering from stomach ache, constipation and head ache. I also feel tired. Also I have suddenly gained a lot of weight.

Constipation is the cause. But some blood tests should be done to rule out causes like THYROID diabetes etc. Constipation is a diet and lifestyle based disease. A good diet can solve half the problem. Even MEDICINES are not needed at all if diet is properly correctly followed.
