Stomach ache
Hello doctor,
My wife has had intermittent stomach ache since last 4-5 days. She had loose motions for 1-2 days in between. It seemed like acidity at first but the pain has not subsided. The pain is on the upper left side of the stomach. Is there any testing that she has to do to find out the reason for pain.Please advise.

Hello..
Well it might be colicky abdomen pain...Well for acidity I would suggest you to take pantoporazole tablet 40 mg once daily empty stomach...You need to increase water intake and also have food on time...I would suggest you to take dicyclomine for pain...You an get USG abdomen done..Thank you
