Stomach ache and diarrhoea after papaya
My son had eaten papaya in the evening around 4pm. After some time he is complaining of stomach ache around 7pm and lose motion . Vomitted twice What should i give to him I already gave him once elctrogermina, cyclopam Pls advice does hè required any antibiotics?

Most likely it will resolve in a day.give ors and light diet as tolerated.

Single episode of vomiting with food content No need to panic Single loose motion  ,no need to panic It's natural response to excrete products from body Make sure he drinks enough water to cope up with dehydration Watch for fever, vomiting loose motion No need of any antibiotics at present May require if any signs of infection develops Give him ors as much as he drinks Mostly he will be  fine till 1-2 days Plz mention age of son

Papaya I am sure he would have eaten b fore also Age of son ? Mantain hydration If not getting better consult
