I got surgery on front teeth to remove infection and I have stiches on upper gum and pain in gum and swollen upper lip

Hi, don't worry,it's a sign of post operative inflammation. It will reduce with medicines in next 3-4 days.
Next Steps
apply ice over the affected area.
