Stiffness and pain in my neck
Hii um feeling pain in my neck and stiffness also and feeling some untested pain in left side under neck. I did MRI it shows c4-5. C5-6. C6-7 Potiour bulge. And in neck small well defined cystic lesion in right palatine tonsil. Likely to be of infective/inflammatory etiology.

If pain is in front of neck consult a ENT specialist

1) I feel sorry for the pain you are going through.
2) information given by you is not sufficient to make a diagnosis or make a management plan, also need to see the MRI images to plan treatment

Pain can be due to be multiple issues.
Avoid neck jerks.
Keep good posture
Take regular painkillers for few days.
