Stiff neck and dizziness
I feel dizzy when i turn my head to sleep on my left side. It is not vertigo but clear dizziness.
If i get up from bed I feel like I'm being pulled back to the bed by my head/neck.
From sitting to standing i feel no dizziness. I have a stiff neck that started with this problem. My neck movement is very restricted and if i turn my neck feel very minor slight dizziness.

.. is your neck stiffness associated with radiculopathy or radiating pain to arms ?
