Sticky and greasy stool
From last three days i am noticing that my stool is sticking to toilet. It never happened before. Also suffering from smelly farts. I am eating homemade food. Bowel movement is regular. What should i do? What food items i should avoid?

Sticky and greasy stools can happen due to improper digestions and as you are not having any major issue You can take tab sporolac once a day for 3 days And eat fibre rich food and add yoghurt/curd after meal

Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take high fibre diet. Do some physical activity.
