Steroid Nasal spray decrease sensitivity to allergy by reducing inflammation (swelling),
It may cure small polyp, or reduce its size do that breathing becomes easy, not completely cure or excise polyp.
Nasal douching is simple procedure to clear nasal debries by saline.
