Std or normal anatomy
I use to have sex with sex workers but I makes sure it's always fully protected. From few days am noticing scattered 5-6 whitish too small pimple types on penis head under foreskin. They neither cause any pain no discharge nothing .Moreover they are not increasing in number too. Further I tried to puncture 2 of them... But they again formed in same shape and size  after few days.. Two are together and 3 are scattered... Further on taking pic of those two which are together and zooming they sometimes looks agglomeration of  too little red spots But normally they looks only whitish skin colored ultra little skin projections. Are these harmless ppp?

Dr. Jitesh Bhatt MD – Opinion Based on your description, these 5–6 tiny whitish, painless, non-itchy, non-growing bumps under the foreskin are most likely NORMAL anatomical glands, such as: ✅ Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) or ✅ Fordyce spots / sebaceous glands These are NOT an STD in most cases, especially because: No pain No burning No discharge No ulcer/wound No rapid increase No cauliflower-like growth Not spreading Why they came back after puncturing? Because these are natural skin glands, not pus pimples. So when punctured, they may temporarily flatten and then reappear again. ⚠️ Please don’t puncture them again, because it can cause: infection swelling scarring secondary bacterial balanitis --- When should you worry? You should consult a dermatologist/venereologist if you notice any of these: ❗ Rapid increase in number ❗ Pain, burning, itching ❗ Bad smell / discharge ❗ Red raw patches ❗ Cauliflower / rough warty surface ❗ Ulcers or bleeding ❗ Your partner develops symptoms --- What you should do now ✔ Keep the area clean and dry ✔ Wash with plain water (avoid harsh soaps) ✔ Wear loose cotton underwear ✔ Avoid repeated checking / squeezing ✔ If anxious, do a physical examination once with a skin specialist --- STD Safety Note Even with protected sex, I recommend routine screening once in a while for peace of mind: HIV (4th gen) VDRL/RPR (Syphilis) HBsAg (Hepatitis B) Anti-HCV (Hepatitis C) --- Final Summary Most likely these are benign, normal anatomical bumps (PPP/Fordyce). No treatment is required unless they are cosmetically bothering you.
