I have a 8 months old baby,I observed her eyes and her eye balls are not in same position,i thought this is squint eye,how can I confirm that,and is there any treatment for squint eye in that age.i am attaching her photos.

Difficult to comment based on these photos but it could be pseudoesotropia due to flat nasal bridge
Having said that, kindly consult local squint specialist
