Sprain on left arm including the neck ar
I fell down on the left arm yesterday and since then the pain starts. Please suggest what needs to be done.

Nothing if u have all movements,  den take rest,  if u have some difficulty in movements and swelling some whr,  den get check up from a ortho expert.
