I am breastfeeding mom and I am suffering from neck shoulder upper back arm pain and chest pain in the left side chest. I am worried about it can any one guide me what to be done.

As you are feeding your baby, not all the drugs can be prescribed to you.
It is better to correct posture, so that your neck is neutrally positioned.
