Sprain in leg
While playing football, i had a fall and twisted my ankle, its paining a lot doctor, is it a sprain or fracture of my foot? Because there is no swelling noted, is there any remedy which i can do to have quick relief from pain or any over the counter pill, please advise..i will be grateful to you people!

At this time you can apply ice pack and keep your affected leg elevated use over the counter tablet like ibuprofen for the pain..It could be due a ligament sprain/tear or a fracture  Do an x-ray of the affected ankle.
