Spotting post period and deviry effect
Period date in june - 27, july - 22. Had intercourse on 13,14,15 july. Took deviry from 12-20 august to delay periods. Had intercourse on 18,19,20 august. Got periods on 23august. Got a long tissue in menstrual cup on 24th. It was covered with blood but when removed, it was white tissue. Prega news was negative. Got usg and tvs done on 30th and it was normal, endometrial lining was thin. and spotting lasted till 2nd September. Again saw brown red discharge on 7,8 September and from 9th september period like blood started. About half spoon blood till today (15th sept). I am scared what could it be. Ectopic pregnancy? Cancer? Withdrawal bleeding or something else?

You got periods on 23 August. That was as  expected as per the withdrawal bleeding date. You should wait till 23 September before you start worrying about an ectopic pregnancy. If you are not satisfied with the amount and duration of bleeding then you should get a sonography done and consult a Gynaecologist.
