Spotting and light bleeding from 7 days
I am 3.5 months postpartum and facing regular monthly bleeding since delivery. From past 7 days i am facing on and off spotting with mild bleeding. I had an ultrasound today and the ultrasound says : Uterus is anteverted. It is normal in size and measures 6.1 × 3.5 x 3.9 cms. Myometrial echogenicity appears uniform. No obvious focal lesion seen.Endometrium is central, measures 13.1 mm in thickness shows heterogenous contents likely blood clots. No contents in cavity. -Bulky right ovary with both ovaries showing PCOD echopattern. - Endometrial cavity shows heterogenous contents likely blood clots.

Please consult your Gynaecologist. In this case I would have done a D&C , further treatment depending on what I get in the D&C .
