Bleeding after 3.5 month of delivery
My wife had c section before 3.5 months and she is having problem of constipation normally before delivery and continuing after delivery too. today when she went to pass stool as its tight she put pressure and later she have little of pain in abdominal area and when she checked with tissue she have bleeding like periods. Now after around 1 hr she is having spotting in pad and minor pain in lower abdominal area. Before 20 day also she have like spotting for around 2 days and then stopped.
Is it something needs to be worried or its a normal periods.
