Facing knee pain 5 months postpartum
I am facing knee pain in 1 leg 5 months postpartum .I ushalku sleep in on that side facing my baby and have a habit of putting 1 knee over other while sleeping. I am taking vitamin c and iton tablets currently. Please suggest?
