Spotting after abortion
Take abortion pills on 22nd Jan after I had bleeding for 10 days and after brown discharge is there.after 15 days done USG it shows no retained products and endometrial thickness is 9 mm again doc gave abortion pills  on Feb 8th after that gave antibiotics...bleeding stopped but light brown discharge is there doc said no need to worry..but today I got bleeding ...is it my periods ..is there need for doc consultation

You should have a D&C . Your age is 49 years. Endometrial thickness is 9 mm . You are having spotting. Sufficient ground for a D&C .

It takes time for the hormones to be flushed out from the body. Upt can still come positive. Stop testing since usg already shows no rpoc. And relax.

If the ultrasound confirms that there is no retained product of conception this could be your next set of periods
